Godrej Properties (GPL) has acquired a 20-acre land parcel in East Bengaluru to develop a premium residential project, reinforcing its presence in one of the city’s most active housing markets.
The development is expected to generate an estimated revenue of around ₹1,350 crore. Strategically located near NH-648 Main Road in the Whitefield growth corridor, the site benefits from strong residential and commercial activity, particularly driven by nearby technology and service sector hubs. The location also offers good connectivity to East and South Bengaluru, with access to key road networks and metro stations such as Kadugodi and Hopefarm.
The area continues to witness steady demand for mid and premium housing, aligning with the company’s focus on building sustainable and well-planned communities.
Commenting on the acquisition, MD & CEO Gaurav Pandey said the project will be designed to meet evolving homebuyer preferences, with an emphasis on convenience, quality design, and enhanced living experiences.
