It is Golden Tower Infratech Private Limited's intention to initiate a brand-new IT/ITES SEZ Complex Project in the Sector 144 neighbourhood of Noida, in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
It is anticipated that the project will have a built-up area of 3,522,159.43 square meters and will have a cost of 500 crores.
As on November 2023: The project is currently in the stage of being approved Currently awaiting approval from the government.
