Gujarat Gets Smart: Bosch & CED Launch HVAC Training Hub

The Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (CED), Gujarat, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bosch Home Comfort India to set up HVAC Skill Development Centres across Northern Gujarat, with the nodal centre to be established at Ganpat University in Mehsana.

This collaboration is aimed at delivering specialised training in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), with a focus on improving employability and encouraging entrepreneurship within the sector. The initiative is expected to train more than 2,000 students and technicians, preparing them for opportunities in both residential and commercial HVAC segments.

The skill development centres will be equipped with advanced laboratories, smart classrooms, and Bosch’s energy-efficient technologies, enabling participants to gain hands-on, industry-relevant experience. The training curriculum, jointly designed by Bosch, Ganpat University, and CED, will align with industry standards and place strong emphasis on energy efficiency, safety practices, and customer engagement skills.
