The Sports, Youth & Cultural Activities Department of Gujarat is inviting bids to appoint a Construction and Management Agency (CMA) for a new museum project in Ektanagar, Narmada district. The project, valued at approximately ₹150 crore, will establish the Museum of Royal Kingdoms of India.
The selected CMA will oversee both the construction and operational phases of the museum. Responsibilities include civil and structural works, such as site clearance, grading, and development, as well as architecture, external and internal finishing, and MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire) systems. Additionally, the CMA will handle HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) and lighting installations.
The scope of work extends to managing the museum's operations and maintenance for five years, ensuring the facility remains functional and well-maintained. This tender represents a significant opportunity for firms specializing in large-scale construction and facility management.
