Gujarat's Industrial Gateway: Payal Industrial Park - 1044.92 Crore Opportunity

Payal Properties Pvt. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of ARETE Services Private Limited, is embarking on an ambitious project to establish a large-scale "plug and play" industrial park in Gujarat. Spanning an extensive 3514 acres, this initiative is designed to offer ready-to-use infrastructure, enabling various industries to seamlessly set up their manufacturing and research & development (R&D) units. The park aims to host around 125 industrial units across a diverse range of sectors including petrochemicals, agrochemicals, chemicals, dyes and intermediates, and fine chemicals, among others.

A standout feature of this industrial park is its commitment to environmental sustainability, highlighted by plans to develop a substantial 109.77-hectare green belt surrounding the park. This initiative not only aims to mitigate the environmental impact of industrial activities but also encourages individual industries within the park to adopt green practices by developing additional green spaces. To ensure reliability in operations, a central Diesel Generator (DG) set will be installed for powering common infrastructure facilities, with provisions for industries to install their own DG sets based on specific requirements.

The project, with an estimated cost of ₹1044.92 Crores, represents a significant investment in the region's industrial development. However, the exact location within Gujarat remains unspecified, leaving room for speculation on the strategic positioning of this industrial hub. The inclusion of a wide range of industrial activities underscores the project's ambition to become a cornerstone of Gujarat's industrial landscape, potentially setting new standards for industrial park developments in India.\
