Gulshan Group & Ourika Estates' Rs 750 Cr Bet on North India

Gulshan Group has joined forces with Ourika Estates in a strategic partnership to develop two high-end residential projects in Ghaziabad and Lucknow. Backed by a planned investment of over Rs 750 crore across their development lifecycle, the collaboration aims to deliver approximately 1.50 million sq. ft. of futuristic living spaces.

Serving as the cornerstone of a broader expansion into North India's high-growth corridors, the venture is built on strategically located land parcels secured directly via development authority auctions. Buoyed by this milestone, the partners are actively evaluating additional opportunities to scale their footprint across key urban markets in the region.
