HBL Engineering Lands ₹575 Cr KAVACH Deal

HBL Engineering has secured a ₹575 crore contract from Integral Coach Factory (ICF), Chennai, for the supply, testing, and commissioning of On-board KAVACH equipment (Version 4.0).

The project is scheduled for completion within 12 months. The KAVACH system, an advanced train collision avoidance technology, will be integrated into ICF’s rolling stock to enhance operational safety. HBL Engineering will oversee the timely delivery, installation, and commissioning of the equipment, ensuring it meets stringent safety and performance standards through comprehensive testing.

This contract reinforces HBL Engineering’s position in the railway engineering and technology sector, particularly in providing advanced safety solutions for Indian Railways.
