Hero MotoCorp’s ₹3,200 Cr Power Play in Andhra Pradesh.

Tirupati is fast becoming India’s next big mobility hub. India’s two-wheeler giant, Hero MotoCorp, has announced a whopping ₹3,200+ crore investment in Andhra Pradesh to supercharge its manufacturing, logistics, and EV capabilities.

Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu recently laid the foundation stone for a core piece of this project: a ₹750 crore Global Parts Centre designed to power Hero’s international supply chain. The broader funding will pump up the Tirupati plant’s capacity to a massive 1.5 million units annually. Because this facility is the birthplace of Hero's entire EV lineup—from design to manufacturing—this move cements Tirupati as the heart of Hero's electric future. Bonus? It’s creating around 4,000 new jobs for the state.
