The company currently has 8.5 MW of installed solar power capacity and plans to add another 5 MW in phases, ensuring green power makes up 30% of its total energy needs. In a bid to further its sustainability goals, Hi-Tech Pipes has signed an MoU with a leading renewable energy supplier to generate and use green hydrogen. This strategic move will enhance its eco-friendly operations.
Beyond its green energy initiatives, Hi-Tech Pipes is a major manufacturer of steel pipes, producing tubes, cold-rolled coils, strips, road crash barriers, and solar mounting structures, along with various galvanized products. The company’s commitment to renewable energy complements its extensive production capabilities.
Hi-Tech Pipes operates six state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities across India. These plants are strategically located in Sikandrabad (Uttar Pradesh), Sanand (Gujarat), Hindupur (Andhra Pradesh), and Khopoli (Maharashtra), boasting a combined installed capacity of 750,000 tonnes per annum. This widespread presence underscores its robust production infrastructure.
