K Raheja Corp’s subsidiary, KRC Queens, has acquired a 7.43-acre land parcel in Mahalunge, near Pune’s Hinjewadi IT hub, for ₹195 crore.
The transaction, registered on 21 July 2025, included a stamp duty payment of ₹13.67 crore. The land is designated for residential development under a notified integrated township project, offering a development potential of 1.51 lakh sq. m (approximately 17 lakh sq. ft of saleable area). The seller was Pune-based Mahalunge Real Estate Developers.
This acquisition supports K Raheja Corp’s strategic expansion into Pune’s fast-growing residential market, capitalizing on demand driven by proximity to the Hinjewadi IT corridor and township-level infrastructure.
Earlier in January 2025, the group acquired a 5.75-acre plot in Kandivali, Mumbai, for ₹466 crore—highlighting its continued focus on key urban markets.
The Mahalunge deal also follows several recent high-value land acquisitions in Pune, including:
Godrej Properties’ 14-acre plot in Kharadi-Wagholi (June 2025), Solitaire Group’s ₹129-crore Wagholi transaction (February 2025), Casagrand Millenia’s ₹126.04-crore Wagholi purchase (January 2025)
