HPCL Vizag BOP Detailed Engineering Bid Now Open

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation (HPCL) has invited bids for a rate contract to provide detailed engineering services for the balance of plant (BOP) at its Visakhapatnam refinery in Andhra Pradesh.

The contract includes services such as drafting and modeling, piping process engineering, and site visit support, with payments linked to defined milestones and deliverables. The selected consultant will deliver comprehensive BOP engineering expertise, supporting efficient operations and timely project execution at the refinery.

The deadline for bid submission is 01 December 2025.
