Hyderabad's New Address for Luxury: Welcomhotel Shankarpally by ITC

ITC Hotels (ITCHL) has signed an agreement with KAC Palm Exotica Hotels to launch Welcomhotel Shankarpally in Hyderabad, marking the brand’s debut in Telangana.

Set on an 11-acre site, the upcoming Welcomhotel will feature 155 rooms and villas, including select accommodations with private gardens. Guests will enjoy premium amenities such as an all-day dining venue, speciality restaurant, bar, lounge, pool, spa, and a kids club.

This addition strengthens ITC Hotels' footprint in Hyderabad, complementing its existing luxury properties—ITC Kakatiya (188 rooms) and ITC Kohenur (274 rooms). The Shankarpally project aligns with ITC’s "asset-right" growth strategy, focused on expanding into tier-II and tier-III markets while offering locally immersive experiences.
