IGGL Seeks Hydrocarbon Maestro for Duliajan Pipeline PMC

Indradhanush Gas Grid Limited (IGGL) — a joint venture of IOCL, ONGC, GAIL, OIL, and NRL — has invited bids to appoint a Project Management Consultant (PMC) for the Duliajan Feeder Line project in Assam.

The selected consultant must possess extensive experience in project management and consultancy within the hydrocarbon sector. The PMC’s scope of work will cover all stages from project design to commissioning and close-out, including review of the detailed final report, design and engineering oversight, HAZOP studies, planning and scheduling, and cost management.

Bidders are required to hold a valid ISO 9001:2015 certification or an equivalent quality management system certification. The last date for bid submission is December 1, 2025.
