IHCL and Ambuja Neotia join forces to elevate Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels

IHCL and Kolkata's Ambuja Neotia Group have entered into a significant partnership regarding Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels, following Ambuja Neotia Group's acquisition of the boutique hotel chain last November.

Initially, IHCL will extend comprehensive support to Tree of Life encompassing sales, marketing, distribution, training, loyalty, and branding under the SeleQtions platform. This collaborative effort aims to strengthen Tree of Life's presence in tier-I and II cities while evaluating further contributions and potential property integrations.

This strategic initiative aligns with IHCL's expansion strategy and its vision to incorporate properties that resonate with its brand ethos. The Ambuja Neotia Group, boasting over 750 keys across its IHCL-managed portfolio, anticipates adding another 200 keys. Future destinations such as Jawai, Ranthambore, and Ayodhya are on the radar, with ambitions to achieve a portfolio of 25 hotels under the Tree of Life brand by the end of 2026.
