Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality chain, has announced the signing of a new Gateway resort in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan. This greenfield project, in collaboration with the Jalan Group, is set to provide a modern and refreshing hospitality experience for travelers. The resort will feature 200 keys and is strategically located on NE4, offering convenient access to major attractions such as Ranthambore National Park and Ranthambore Fort.
The Gateway-Sawai Madhopur will boast a range of amenities including an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, and a spacious banquet area of over 15,000 square feet for large events. Additionally, guests will enjoy facilities such as a spa, gym, and swimming pool, enhancing the overall guest experience.
The Jalan Group, in partnership with their advisors V2RS Group, is a prominent infrastructure developer in Eastern India, focusing on warehousing, commercial, retail, and residential projects. With this addition, IHCL will expand its footprint in Rajasthan, bringing its total to 30 hotels in the state, including nine currently under development.
The new resort underscores IHCL’s commitment to expanding its presence in key tourist destinations across India, offering luxurious and well-located accommodations to both domestic and international guests.
