PepsiCo aims to double its revenue in India over the next five years, positioning the country as a crucial growth driver globally. Jagrut Kotecha, CEO of India & South Asia, highlighted India's strong double-digit growth and its increasing role in the company’s expansion, calling it a "key anchor" market. To meet rising demand, PepsiCo has set up greenfield plants in Uttar Pradesh and Assam and plans to open two more facilities, including one in southern India. The company is also considering further expansion to strengthen production and market presence. Operating under its "Faster, Stronger, Better" strategy, PepsiCo has divided India into nine clusters based on regional taste preferences.
