Indian Hotels plans to set up Vivanta hotel in Kochi

Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL), the leading hospitality firm, has unveiled the signing of a new Vivanta hotel situated in Aluva.

Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President - Real Estate & Development at IHCL, mentioned, IHCL’s prestigious brand, Vivanta, makes its debut in Kochi with this signing. This marks our seventh hotel in the city, underscoring the city’s significance in our portfolio. We are thrilled to further solidify our partnership with KM Abdul Latheef by introducing a second hotel.

The 95-room hotel is strategically positioned in Aluva, offering convenient access to the airport and nearby recreational areas. Its amenities include an all-day dining restaurant, a bar, a spacious 4,500 sq ft banquet area, a swimming pool, a gym, and a spa.
