Under this exclusive distributorship agreement, Malpani will bring two globally recognized brands to the Indian market—BST (value segment) and Gaocheng Pro (premium segment). The expanded product portfolio includes agricultural equipment, garden and plantation machinery, power tools, and construction & demolition tools.

This move is part of a broader cross-selling strategy and not a diversification into unrelated sectors. Malpani aims to strengthen its current offerings by leveraging its extensive nationwide dealer and distributor network, which has been instrumental in its success in the pipes and fittings industry.
