Kamdhenu Stakes Rs 150 Cr on Thane-Belapur Road Commercial Park

Kamdhenu Realities has purchased a 4-acre land parcel on Thane-Belapur Road from RPG Life Sciences for approximately Rs 150 crore, with plans to develop a 1.8-million-sq.-ft. commercial park featuring an integrated work-and-lifestyle ecosystem.

Positioned near IKEA and opposite the upcoming Pawane Railway Station, the project targets Navi Mumbai's growing corporate corridor—known for IT parks, tech offices, and hyperscale data centers—and aims to capitalize on strong connectivity to Mumbai, Thane, and the upcoming international airport to meet rising demand for premium office infrastructure.
