The Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board (KIADB) has issued a tender worth ₹399.41 crore for the development of the Knowledge, Wellbeing, and Innovation City (KWIN City) in the Bengaluru Rural district.
Planned in Sector-1 of Phase-3, spanning the Doddaballapura and Nelamangala taluks, KWIN City is envisioned as a modern, integrated urban township designed to promote sustainable development, research, community services, and knowledge-driven industries. The project is a key part of Karnataka’s larger vision to develop next-generation infrastructure and innovation hubs.
The KWIN City will feature state-of-the-art facilities aimed at fostering innovation, wellness, and economic growth through knowledge-based sectors.
