Keystone Realtors Boosts Investment to ₹900 Crore for Residential Expansion

Keystone Realtors has announced a substantial increase in its investment in residential projects, planning to allocate ₹800-900 crore this financial year. This new investment aims to enhance the company’s execution capabilities and drive business growth. Last year, the developer invested around ₹400 crore in similar projects.

The company, with a strong liquidity position of ₹3,000 crore, has also raised ₹800 crore through a qualified institutional placement (QIP) and internal cash flow. This financial strength supports its aggressive expansion strategy.

In the recent quarter, Keystone Realtors launched two new projects with a combined gross development value (GDV) of ₹2,017 crore, following its guidance to introduce two projects per quarter. Additionally, the company acquired another project with a GDV of ₹984 crore in the first quarter.

Currently, Keystone Realtors has 34 completed projects, 15 ongoing, and 27 planned. It has delivered over 25 million sq. ft. of construction area and has a pipeline exceeding 43 million sq. ft. Operating under the Rustomjee brand, the company maintains a strong presence in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
