Kinjal Exports plans to set up Residential cum Commercial Complex Project in Gujarat

Kinjal Exports is building Aleta, a residential-commercial complex in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The 10-acre facility is in Vastral, Ahmedabad, a prominent location. It will contain 260 apartments, duplexes, and penthouses and 14 business units. Commercial space will house shops, restaurants, and other companies throughout the complex.

The project will cover 1.62 acres (6,576 sq m) and include 5 basement+G+13-story towers with 260 apartments and 14 commercial units with modern amenities.The upscale complex Aleta will give inhabitants several amenities and features. These include a pool, gym, tennis court, jogging track, kids' play area, and 24/7 security. The complex will contain resident and visitor parking.The 2025 completion of Aleta is expected. The apartments cost around INR 35 lakhs.
