Kolte-Patil’s ₹6,000 Cr Power Move in Mumbai Redevelopment

Kolte-Patil Developers has secured six high-value society redevelopment projects across key MMR prime spots—including Santacruz West, Andheri West (Lokhandwala), and Vashi—representing a collective Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹6,000 crore. Aimed at creating sustainable, modern residential hubs, these projects are slated to launch within the next 6 to 12 months, pending approvals.

Highlighting the milestone, Rajesh Patil, Managing Director, shared that the strategic focus post the Blackstone partnership centers on scaling through larger, high-value opportunities while reinforcing the brand's presence across Mumbai’s key western and central localities.
