KPTCL Tenders ₹131.92 Crore Grid Upgrade to Power Byadagi Region

Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited (KPTCL) has floated a tender for establishing transmission infrastructure at Byadagi.

The planned infrastructure is intended to strengthen the regional transmission network, featuring the construction of a 2x160 MVA, 220/110/11 kV and 1x10 MVA, 110/11 kV substation, alongside a transmission line connecting the existing grid network to the proposed facility. Valued at ₹131.92 crore, the contract is designed to expand transformation capacity and reinforce regional power reliability.

The last date for bid submission is 07 October, 2026.
