Ayodhya, a city of immense spiritual significance, is revered as the birthplace of Lord Ram, one of Hinduism’s most important deities. This makes it a key pilgrimage destination, drawing millions of visitors annually who seek to connect with India’s rich cultural and religious heritage. The introduction of a Lemon Tree Hotel in this sacred city aligns with the growing demand for quality accommodations in pilgrimage sites across the country.
The Lemon Tree Hotel, Civil Lines, Ayodhya, will feature 80 well-appointed rooms and a variety of amenities designed to cater to both pilgrims and tourists. The hotel will include a restaurant, a rooftop lounge bar, a swimming pool, a fitness center, and banquet halls, providing a blend of comfort and convenience. Located just 5.6 kilometers from Maharshi Valmiki International Airport Ayodhya Dham and 7.3 kilometers from the Ayodhya railway station, the hotel will offer easy access for travelers using both public and private transport.
Vilas Pawar, CEO of Managed & Franchise Business at Lemon Tree Hotels, highlighted the strategic importance of this new property. "Spiritual destinations have seen a significant increase in visitors, and Ayodhya is a top destination for pilgrims. The city’s rich spiritual and cultural heritage makes it a valuable addition to our portfolio. We are excited to expand our presence in Uttar Pradesh with this new property, complementing our existing seven hotels and six upcoming properties in the state," he said.
With the signing of this new property, Lemon Tree Hotels continues to strengthen its presence in Uttar Pradesh, catering to the growing demand for quality accommodations in spiritual and cultural hubs.
