Lodha Developers has completed the sale of a 24.34-acre land parcel in the Palava region of Mumbai to Singapore-based STT Global Data Centres (STT GDC) for approximately ₹500 crore.
The land forms part of a planned 370-acre integrated data centre park, a joint initiative by Lodha and the Maharashtra Government, envisioned to host multiple facilities with a total capacity of around 2 GW. The large-scale project is aimed at attracting domestic and global tech players, with a projected investment of ₹30,000 crore and the potential to create around 6,000 jobs.
STT GDC, a leading operator of energy-efficient data centres across Asia, will develop world-class infrastructure focusing on cloud storage, high-performance computing, and enterprise IT solutions, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and green practices.
This transaction marks a strategic pivot for Lodha, reflecting its growing focus on large-scale infrastructure and digital economy projects, and reinforcing its role in supporting India’s expanding digital infrastructure ecosystem.
