Lodha Developers has acquired a new land parcel in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) to develop a residential project with an estimated value of ₹2,300 crore.
With this acquisition, the company has already met its full-year land acquisition target within the first half of the financial year. The total revenue potential from all acquired projects now stands at approximately ₹25,000 crore.
Earlier this year, Lodha secured five additional land parcels across Mumbai, Pune, and Bengaluru, collectively expected to generate ₹22,700 crore in revenue. The latest deal was structured either as an outright purchase or through a joint development agreement. Backed by a strong project pipeline, Lodha remains confident in its continued growth trajectory.
