Lodha's H2 Blitz: 15 New Projects Worth ₹14,000 Crore

Lodha Developers, one of India’s premier real estate companies, is set to launch 15 new residential projects valued at ₹14,000 crore in the second half of FY26 as part of its aggressive expansion strategy across key urban markets.

According to its latest investor presentation, the company plans to introduce 10 million sq. ft. of saleable area, with upcoming developments spread across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Pune, and Bengaluru. Operating under the renowned Lodha brand, the developer has already rolled out projects worth ₹8,300 crore in Q1 and ₹4,900 crore in Q2 of FY26. The company noted, “Significant launches planned in H2 across cities, on track to meet our FY26 pre-sales guidance of ₹21,000 crore.”

Lodha is also gearing up for its entry into the Delhi-NCR region, with its first project likely to come up in Gurugram. To date, the developer has delivered 110 million sq. ft. and is currently executing or planning over 130 million sq. ft. of developments.
