Lodha's Next Chapter: A Massive Rs 17,000 Crore Residential Launch

Lodha Developers, one of India’s leading real estate firms, is set to launch residential projects worth Rs 17,000 crore by March 2026, responding to sustained housing demand and favorable market conditions.

The company remains optimistic about post-pandemic growth in the housing sector, supported by economic momentum, income tax relief in the Union Budget, and declining home loan interest rates. “We remain on track and are confident of achieving Rs 21,000 crore in pre-sales this fiscal, a 19% increase over last year,” said Sushil Kumar Modi, Executive Director (Finance).

Lodha reported sales bookings of Rs 4,450 crore for the April–June quarter, marking 10% year-on-year growth. Initially planning Rs 18,000 crore in launches for FY26, the company has revised its target to Rs 25,000 crore following the acquisition of five new land parcels in Q1. With Rs 8,000 crore worth of projects already launched, the remaining Rs 17,000 crore will be rolled out over the next three quarters.

“A strong launch pipeline, combined with interest rate cuts and tax incentives, will drive momentum in the coming months,” Modi added.
