L&T Secures ₹483 Crore Contract for Odisha IT Park Construction

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has been declared the lowest (L1) bidder for the construction of new IT Towers at the Chandaka Industrial Estate in Odisha’s Khordha district. The project, valued at ₹482.95 crore, will be executed on a turnkey basis.

The proposed structure will feature three basements, a ground floor, six stilt levels, and 15 upper floors. In addition to the full-scale construction, L&T will also be responsible for operating and maintaining the facility for five years post-completion.

Designed with a focus on sustainability and modern architecture, the project is expected to become a significant milestone in Odisha’s drive toward technological and industrial growth. This development further strengthens L&T’s reputation as a leader in infrastructure development, particularly in complex, high-value urban projects requiring advanced engineering and long-term operational expertise.
