M3M & Jacob & Co. Launch ₹2,100 CR Luxury Residences in Noida

Gurugram-based real estate developer M3M India has announced a ₹2,100 crore investment to develop ultra-luxury residences in Noida, in partnership with the globally renowned luxury brand Jacob & Co.

Spread across six acres, the project—titled 'Jacob & Co. Residences, Noida'—marks Jacob & Co.'s first branded residential venture in India, bringing the brand’s legacy of high-jewellery timepieces and luxury design into the real estate space. The development is projected to generate ₹3,500 crore in revenue over the next three years.

In Phase I, M3M will deliver 150 ultra-premium homes, followed by around 100 serviced residences in Phase II, with unit prices ranging from ₹14 crore to ₹25 crore. The project underscores M3M’s strategy to redefine luxury living in India through international collaborations.

Jacob Arabo, Founder of Jacob & Co., highlighted India’s growing prominence as a market for luxury innovation and experiential living.

With a strong track record, M3M India has delivered 40 projects and is currently developing 17 more, covering a portfolio of over 60 million sq. ft.
