M3M’s New ₹600 Cr Commercial Hub Arrives in Gurugram

Real estate developer M3M India has launched M3M Capital Financial Center, a 1.42-acre commercial project located in Sector 113 along the Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram. Backed by a ₹600 crore investment, the development will feature 165 units—comprising 152 premium offices, 6 multiplex units, and 7 retail outlets—with completion slated for 2029. This project supports M3M Group's wider growth strategy, which includes a ₹10,000 crore investment target for the current fiscal year and over 30 million square feet currently under construction.
