Micro Mitti has unveiled Madhuvan Township, India’s first community designed around the principles of healthy living, strategically located behind the Sheraton Hotel on Indore’s upcoming 75-metre RE3 bypass.
Spanning 30 acres and masterplanned by acclaimed architect Sanjay Puri, the project offers thoughtfully designed two-side open plots averaging 1,250 sq. ft., with layouts that feel as spacious as 2,400 sq. ft. Over 55% of the township is dedicated to open green spaces, seamlessly integrating modern living with forest-inspired landscapes.
At the heart of Madhuvan is a science-backed focus on air quality, wellness, and sustainability. Dense native plantations serve as natural air purifiers, while shaded green corridors, murram walking paths, and curved walkways enhance airflow, reduce urban heat, and promote biodiversity.
Planned to house 465 families, the township creates a year-round breathable microclimate through advanced environmental planning. With Indore already ranked as India’s cleanest city, Madhuvan positions it as a pioneering hub for health-centric real estate.
