Duville Estates Plan to Set up Riverdale Residential Complex in Maharashtra

 Duville Estates Private Limited that a new residential complex project called Riverdale be built off Nagar Road in the city of Pune in the state of Maharashtra. The goal of the project is to provide residential infrastructure of a world-class standard in order to entice and keep purchasers of homes from all walks of life.

Built-Up Area of the Project Can Achieve a Capacity of 4,13,601.78 square meters

The cost of the project was 880 Crores.

As on November 2023, The project is now in the stage of construction being started. The completion of the project's work has reached the 40% mark. The work on the project will be finished by March of 2025.
