HG Infra Engineering and PNC Infratech have secured significant wins as L1 bidders for engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) road projects under Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC). HG Infra has clinched contracts for two expressways in Maharashtra, with a combined project cost of Rs 4,142.22 crore.
The Nagpur-Chandrapur super communication highway, spanning 28.20 km, will be executed on EPC mode, with a project cost of Rs 1,991.1 crore. Another expressway covering 31.75 km, to be constructed on EPC basis, holds a project cost of Rs 2,151.1 crore. Both projects are slated for completion within 30 months, adding significant mileage to HG Infra's order book, which stood at Rs 12,434 crore as of FY24.
On the other hand, PNC Infratech secured contracts worth Rs 4,994 crore for two EPC road projects. The first entails constructing the access-controlled Pune ring road in Pune district, stretching 13.8 km, at a project cost of Rs 2,486 crore. The second project involves building an access-controlled expressway connector from Jalna to Nanded, costing Rs 2,508 crore. Both projects have a construction period of 30 months.
These wins underscore the prowess of HG Infra Engineering and PNC Infratech in the infrastructure domain and highlight their commitment to bolstering Maharashtra's road infrastructure.
