Mahindra Takes Flight: M&M Launches Novavayu Aerospace

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd (M&M) today disclosed via a regulatory filing the formal incorporation of Novavayu Aerospace Ltd (NAL). The newly formed entity will focus on aircraft manufacturing, aerospace components, and specialized activities catering primarily to the defence industry.

NAL is structured as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mahindra Defence Systems Ltd (MDSL), which sits under Mahindra Advanced Technologies Ltd, a direct subsidiary of M&M. Incorporated with an authorized share capital of ₹1 crore, NAL marks another strategic milestone in Mahindra Group's commitment to advancing India's aerospace and defence manufacturing capabilities.
