Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (BPCL) has invited bids for works related to the installation of a multi-product pipeline connecting its Mahul Refinery in Mumbai to Rasayani in Maharashtra’s Raigad district.
The scope of work includes topographical and geotechnical surveys; design and detailed engineering; procurement and supply (excluding free-issue 3LPE-coated pipes); pipeline installation using the HDD method; testing, preservation, and pre-commissioning; installation of CS conduit with HDD and ARO coating; open-cut hook-ups of adjacent HDD segments; commissioning assistance; TCP works; and all associated activities.
The Mahul–Rasayani pipeline project is intended to debottleneck existing infrastructure and expand capacity to handle value-added products such as lube/base oils and de-aromatized solvents (DAS). The initiative forms part of BPCL’s broader strategy to boost operational efficiency and increase product output.
The deadline for bid submissions is 01 December 2025.
