Massive ₹162.4 Cr Governor's Complex Tender Issued by APCRDA

The Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) has invited tenders for the construction of a comprehensive Governor’s Residence Complex in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh.

The project scope includes the development of multiple facilities such as the Governor’s Mansion, Assembly Durbar Hall, Governor’s Office, two guest houses, six officer quarters, twelve senior staff quarters, and twenty junior staff quarters. Additionally, the complex will comprise 40 supporting staff quarters, barracks with 20 rooms, a 144-room barrack accommodation, and a boundary wall. The structures will be built using RCC construction with high-side MEP installations.

The estimated project cost is ₹162.4 crore, with a completion period of 12 months and a defect liability period (DLP) of 24 months from the date of completion.

The bid submission deadline is November 20, 2025.
