Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu is set to inaugurate the gold mining project at Jonnagiri in Tuggali Mandal of Kurnool district, marking a significant step in the state’s push to strengthen its mining and industrial sector.
As per an official statement, the Chief Minister will arrive at Jonnagiri at 11:45 am to inaugurate the first unit of the gold processing plant.
At 12:20 pm, he will lay the foundation stone for the second unit of the Geo Mysore plant, which forms part of the project’s planned expansion.
The visit will conclude with a public address at 3:00 pm, followed by a meeting with Telugu Desam Party (TDP) leaders and cadre from the Pattikonda Assembly constituency.
