Million Minds Tech City: Gujarat’s First IGBC Platinum SEZ IT Park

Ganesh Housing Corporation’s flagship project, Million Minds Tech City in Ahmedabad, has become Gujarat’s first SEZ IT park to earn the prestigious IGBC Platinum certification under the IGBC Green New Buildings Rating program.

The certification recognises the project's excellence in sustainable site planning, energy and water efficiency, indoor environmental quality, use of eco-friendly materials, and innovation. Located on SG Highway at Vaishnodevi Circle, the 65-acre integrated township is designed by RSP Architects and managed by Tishman Speyer.

The development spans 18 million sq. ft., equally divided between Grade A commercial spaces and luxury residences and retail. It offers a “walk-to-work” ecosystem comprising IT parks, residential towers, a luxury hotel, retail zones, and 1.65 lakh sq. ft. of premium amenities — including floating gardens.

Ganesh Housing noted that the IGBC Platinum rating, the highest distinction by the Indian Green Building Council, reinforces its commitment to environmentally responsible and world-class urban development in Gujarat.
