Motiaz Capital One: Tricity's New Commercial Epicenter is Here.

Motiaz, a leading real estate developer in the Tricity region, has launched its much-awaited project, Motiaz Capital One.

Situated on Airport Lights Road, the project commenced with a Bhoomi Pujan ceremony, marking the start of construction. Motiaz Capital One is envisioned as a premium high-street commercial destination that combines modern architecture with efficient, functional design. The development offers commercial units in two configurations: 16.5 ft × 66 ft (with basement, ground, first, and second floors) and 15 ft × 40 ft (with basement, ground, and first floors). The rear zone features a seven-storey building intended for commercial or lifestyle services, designed to maximise visibility and visitor access.

With wide frontages, ample parking, and excellent connectivity to Chandigarh, Zirakpur, and Mohali, the project underscores Motiaz’s focus on building sustainable and well-integrated commercial hubs. Cofounder and MD Mukul Bansal expressed enthusiasm for the development, calling it a significant step forward for high-street retail in the region.
