The Madhya Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation (MPIDC) is developing a revenue model for leasing office spaces at the upcoming IT Park 4 in Indore’s Pardeshipura area, ahead of initiating the allotment process.
MPIDC’s Indore regional office has submitted a proposal to its headquarters outlining floor-wise space allocation, shaped by inputs from technology firms and startups. The project has already attracted interest from companies based in Bengaluru, Maharashtra, and Delhi.
“Office spaces at IT Park 4 must align with the diverse needs of the industry to ensure full occupancy. We collected feedback from stakeholders to understand specific requirements. The proposal now under review includes options such as dedicated floors for larger firms and shared spaces for smaller units,” said Himanshu Prajapati, Executive Director, MPIDC Indore.
With an investment of ₹42 crore, IT Park 4 spans 70,000 sq. ft. across seven floors. The project is expected to draw around ₹500 crore in investments and generate approximately 4,000 employment opportunities in the region.
