Ceigall India Limited has received a Letter of Award (LoA) dated October 2, 2025, from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd. (MSEDCL) for the development of solar photovoltaic power generating stations with a total capacity of 190 MW (AC). The projects will be implemented under the Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana 2.0 across four districts in Maharashtra.
The scope of work includes the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) of 190 MW of solar power infrastructure at a total project cost of ₹712.16 crore (inclusive of GST). Ceigall India will also be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and power supply from the plants for a period of 25 years under a long-term Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).
This project supports Maharashtra’s ongoing push toward renewable energy expansion and sustainable development, while promoting decentralized solar power generation to benefit the agricultural sector.
