Mulund's New Hub: Piramal Revanta Phase 1 Fully Operational.

Piramal Realty has officially completed Phase 1 of Piramal Revanta, its 12-acre residential development, with Tower 4 securing its occupation certificate (OC). This milestone finalizes the delivery of all four towers and welcomes residents into a fully active community. More than 1,100 families have taken possession, enjoying access to Club RASA—a 20,000 sq. ft. wellness-oriented clubhouse—along with podium-level amenities like a swimming pool, kids’ play areas, and curated landscaped courts.

Commenting on the achievement, CEO Abhijeet Maheshwari said, “This milestone reflects the trust of our residents and our commitment to bringing the design vision to life.” With Phase 1 complete, the spotlight now turns to Phase 2 and the upcoming Towers 5 and 6, as well as Club RAHA.
