This recognition marks the third consecutive year the project has received international acclaim, highlighting its outstanding design excellence and visionary planning. Developed by Kalpataru and designed by L49, NAMO Grand Central Park has emerged as a prominent urban landmark, showcasing diverse plant species and attracting rich birdlife. The expansive public space has transformed Thane’s city centre into a vibrant, inclusive environment that fosters community engagement and social interaction.
