NBCC India Lands ₹15,000 Crore Project for J&K Satellite Township

NBCC (India) Limited has secured a substantial work order from the Srinagar Development Authority, valued at approximately ₹15,000 crores. This major project involves the development of a sprawling Satellite Township on 406 acres at Rakh-e-Gund Akshah in Bemina, Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.

The ambitious project is set to transform the region, with NBCC tasked to oversee the development of this expansive area into a modern, well-planned township. This initiative aligns with the company’s ongoing business strategy and commitment to large-scale infrastructure projects across India.
