NBCC's 290 Crore Push Revives Amrapali Crystal Homes Dream in Uttar Pradesh

NBCC (India) Limited, under the ASPIRE initiative, is vigorously progressing on the completion of the Amrapali Crystal Homes project situated in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. With an allocated budget of Rs. 290 crore, this residential complex, which was previously stalled, is now being revitalized to meet the housing needs of the buyers. The project comprises 1,638 flats and is currently under construction, with an expected completion date set for March 2025.

Notable for its commitment to quality construction, NBCC assures modern amenities such as landscaped gardens, a children's play area, clubhouse, swimming pool, gymnasium, 24/7 security, power backup, and ample parking space within the rejuvenated complex. Additionally, homebuyers who had previously invested in the project could receive financial assistance through SBICAP Ventures' SWAMIH Fund, thus easing their financial burden.

As on January, 2024. Project nears completion. 80% of the project is done. The project will finish in March 2024.
