NBCC (India) Limited has successfully sold 1,046 residential units at Aspire Centurian Park, Greater Noida (West), Uttar Pradesh, via e-auction, generating approximately ₹2,353 crore in total sales.
As part of the transaction, NBCC will earn a 1% marketing fee on the total sale value. This successful e-auction highlights NBCC’s strong role in leveraging digital platforms to drive real estate sales.
