NCR Gets Three New Pristyn Care Hospitals

Healthtech unicorn Pristyn Care has launched three new hospitals in the National Capital Region—two in New Delhi and one in Gurugram—as part of its strategic pivot to an asset-heavy business model. This shift marks a departure from its previous asset-light approach, where it partnered with hospitals for surgeries while managing patient acquisition, technology, and care coordination. By establishing its own facilities, Pristyn Care aims to enhance profitability, improve patient outcomes, and strengthen control over service delivery—key steps as it prepares for a public listing by FY28.

Over the next three years, the company plans to open around 50 hospitals across major metro cities, including Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Patna, Chandigarh, and Coimbatore. In the short term, 17 additional hospitals are slated to open by March next year.

Each new facility will have 50–60 beds and focus on secondary care and elective surgeries such as kidney stone removal, gall bladder procedures, and hernia repairs. Core specialities will include general surgery, orthopaedics, ophthalmology, urology, gynaecology, and plastic surgery. The company expects these integrated, brand-owned hospitals to improve operating margins and deliver a more seamless patient experience.

This expansion signals a major step in Pristyn Care’s long-term vision to build a scalable, full-stack healthtech infrastructure backed by growing demand and operational maturity.
