Gaurs Group, a leading real estate developer in the Delhi-NCR region, has raised ₹440 crore through its first public issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs).
The proceeds will be deployed toward business expansion, including land acquisition, construction and project execution, as well as the repayment of high-cost debt. Sarthak Gaur, Director of Gaurs Group, said the successful subscription reflects the company’s strong financial position and enhances its credibility among institutional investors.
With a development track record exceeding 100 million sq. ft. and the delivery of 75,000 residential units across 70 projects, Gaurs Group remains a key player in the Indian real estate sector.
